    2. Once we have a plan and timeline in place, we go to work engaging the service providers and skilled tradesmen that will transform your home. We oversee every aspect of the improvement process so you can focus on the bigger picture.
    3. When your home is ready for market we launch a comprehensive marketing blitz. Our approach is to cast a wide net, utilizing various tools and channels to spread the word about your home to as many people as possible.
    4. Once you have accepted an offer and we go into contract, we work with lenders, title company and escrow agents to make sure you close on time.

Applying for Compass Concierge takes about 10 minutes and has no effect on your credit. The approval requirements are minimal, and you don’t pay back the loan until you sell your home, end your listing agreement with Compass or 12 months after your loan approval date, whichever comes first.
