Philip brings a service-first approach to the Domicile Properties team. After studying business at San Francisco State University he went to work at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua on the island of Maui where he learned service from the world-class hospitality giant. Anticipating client needs and elevating the client experience are what set him apart from other agents.

Philip is passionate about real estate and providing the highest level of personal care and attention to detail. He is organized, diligent and committed.

Before working in real estate Philip was an enthusiast of it. He spent free time scouring sites like Zillow and Redfin to hone an expert understanding of the market in San Francisco. He brings that same drive and enthusiasm to his clients’ searches and provides strategic counsel with care and patience.

Domicile Properties is a boutique real estate brokerage in San Francisco established in 2002. Our mission is to provide informed counsel and personal service at every stage of the real estate transaction process.

Prior to partnering with Compass, Domicile Properties was one of San Francisco’s most successful boutique real estate brokerages. Now that Domicile has teamed up with Compass, they’ve elevated their clients’ experience even further by combining the personal touch that defines the Domicile brand, and Compass’ network, support, and technology.

Led by Julie Rogers and Shane Ray and with over 20 years in the San Francisco real estate market, we have a reputation for success, and the track record to prove it.
